The pages of this website set no cookies of their own. The only thing stored in your browser is that you have read the notice bar, so it does not reappear on every visit. The exception is the football prediction game at huese.de/tippspiel: signing in there requires a technically necessary session cookie, see below. There is no tracking, no analytics, no marketing and no creation of user profiles. Data is passed to third parties only to our hosting provider, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany (processor under Art. 28 GDPR). When the site is accessed, access data (IP address, date and time, file requested, browser type, referrer) is automatically processed in log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). The logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
The domains elaitsch.com and elaitsch.de redirect technically to huese.de . This is the same offering by the same controller; no additional data is collected during the redirect.
The data you enter (name, email, message) is used solely to handle your enquiry or to add you to the waiting list. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (a) GDPR. You may withdraw any consent given at any time by email. The data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies, at the latest once statutory retention periods have expired.
The assistant on this site works from a knowledge base loaded locally in your browser. Your input is not transmitted to any external AI service and is not stored permanently.
Services such as Etsy, Amazon KDP, Apple Music or SoundCloud are included as ordinary links .. you leave this page only when you click, and the privacy terms of the respective provider then apply.
On individual pages, currently at Sets, we embed music players. The providers are Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, and .. where YouTube content is embedded .. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
These players are not loaded automatically. As long as you do not click the play area, you see nothing but a preview image from our own server. There is no connection to the provider and no data is transmitted to it.
Only with your click is the player fetched. In doing so the provider receives, among other things, your IP address, details of your browser and device, and the page you called up. If you are signed in to that service, the request can be linked to your account. Transfer to countries outside the EU cannot be ruled out. YouTube content is embedded via youtube-nocookie.com .
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, given by clicking. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page and not clicking the player again. Further information: Privacy at Spotify and Privacy at Google.
The Montserrat and Inter typefaces are served locally from our own server . When the page loads there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external CDN, and no IP address is transmitted to Google.
Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS, recognisable in your browser's address bar.
At huese.de/tippspiel we run a non-public Bundesliga prediction game for a fixed group of participants. Access requires an account; there is no public registration. The controller is the same as above.
Data processed:
Session cookie: for signing in, the prediction game sets a technically necessary cookie (PHPSESSID). It contains nothing but a random identifier by which your browser is recognised during the visit .. without it, signing in would not be possible. It is set only for the path /tippspiel/ , cannot be read by JavaScript, is transmitted only over HTTPS and is deleted when the browser is closed. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG, as it is strictly necessary for the service you expressly requested. No consent is needed for it and no analysis takes place.
Visibility within the group: display name, predictions after the deadline has passed, and the score are visible to the other participants. That is the purpose and the nature of a prediction game.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for running the prediction game as a contract-like relationship, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the log and protection against misuse.
Retention: account data and predictions until participation ends, then deletion on request. Uploaded prediction slips 90 days. Log entries are kept for the duration of the current season.
No disclosure: there is no transfer to third parties, apart from the host STRATO as processor. The fixtures are retrieved from the open interface OpenLigaDB ; no participant data is transmitted in the process.
You can request information, correction and deletion informally from the controller or from an admin of the prediction game.
In the prediction game, under "Livescores → Local football", we embed a widget from FUSSBALL.DE to show the fixtures and table of the Kreisliga. It is operated by DFB Deutscher Fußball-Bund e.V. together with DFB Medien GmbH & Co. KG, Otto-Fleck-Schneise 6, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
This widget is not loaded automatically either. At first you see nothing but a notice with a button. Only when you click it is a script fetched from fussball.de , which in turn embeds a display frame from next.fussball.de . Before your click there is no connection to them whatsoever.
After the click the provider receives, among other things, your IP address and details of your browser and device. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, given by clicking; you may withdraw it at any time by reloading the page and not clicking again. Further information in the FUSSBALL.DE privacy policy.
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
